Project Coordination

Reneé Whitehead is a seasoned Executive Assistant and Corporate Event Planner.
With over 35 years of experience, it is only natural that she is an accomplished Project Coordinator. Having held positions in the oil and gas, legal and interior design fields, Reneé is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles, and is very effective at seeing projects to completion. As a corporate event planner, she has planned many client’s employee retreats from skiing in Park City, Utah, to golf tournaments in Amelia Island, Florida. Reneé is able to interact directly with potential and existing clients to insure client satisfaction.

Reneé graduated from Executive Secretarial School in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation, she joined Staffelbach Designs & Associates as a Secretary and soon promoted to Senior Assistant supporting 32 designers. While at SDA, she was also recognized for her work by earning the Best Support Award two consecutive years. Upon leaving SDA, she has worked for various oil & gas companies and also as a legal assistant for the corporate attorney of various companies.
