Historic Community Gets A Fresh Perspective.
Located in Portland, The Frank Estate is a community built around a historic estate home. The Frank family stabled their show horses on the estate and it also was a summer home for the family. Designed by Morris H. Whitehouse, the Frank home has been retained as the main clubhouse. The monuments feature Cor-Ten steel and pin-letter graphics. Environmental signs follow the monument but utilize photo graphic treatments on high-pressure exterior laminate to mimic the Cor-Ten at a lower cost.
